SNP MSP Rona Mackay has spoken out praising the TIE campaign – which is celebrating its second anniversary.

The Strathkelvin and Bearsden MSP said: “Time for Inclusive Education (TIE) has made a name for itself as one of the most prominent LGBT+ campaigns in Scotland.

“It’s incredible the campaign has only been around for two years, considering the way it has put its message onto the political landscape of Scotland.

“I would like to thank its founders Jordan Daly and Liam Stevenson for their unique contributions to fighting for equality and social justice for LGBT+ people through education.

“The message of the TIE campaign is vital to so many young people – it is literally saving lives.”
