Dear Alan,
I am writing to ask if you, in your capacity as Vice Chair of Strathclyde Partnership for Transport East Dunbartonshire, have an insight into why the 142 Bishopbriggs service is due to be axed and what plans are being made for a replacement service?
I am aware that you have expressed your disappointment publicly about this, and that as one of the local councillors you know how vital this service is, but can you tell me if you have any update on progress which will give hope to our constituents?
